1.Lying on a Police Report is a crime ARS13-2907.01!
2. Road rage is a crime A.R.S. §28-695 !
3. lying to the Police is a crime A.R.S. § 13-2907.01!
Many crimes are exposed by this case, why are none of the ACTUAL CRIMES being prosecuted & instead an innocent citizen being persecuted by ridiculous lies that are all disproved upon simply reviewing the evidence?!

The victim of these lawless & fraudulent charges was the public and vocal advocate for his son when the PVPD framed him in 2021. They should be using our Tax Dollars to prosecute criminals, not persecute people they know because of the evidence has committed no crime, not a 54 year old man that has lived here since 1982 and has no criminal record!
